It's not pretty by any stretch but it's fully functional pivoting on an X and Y axis so you can aim the projector perfectly regardless of how straight the mounting surface is. The wingnuts stay tight when you position it and so far I really have no complaints. Comes with all the hardware you'd need for mounting on wood or sheetrocked surfaces.
