The three stars is for the overall experience of purchasing and receiving a screen (large item) from Amazon, not the screen itself. I ordered what I thought was a 120 in. screen, got a 100 in. instead. Amazon said it was a "catalog" error. Back in December I clicked on 120 in. screen and my order says I ordered a 120 in. screen. The hyperlink in my order now points to the 100 in. screen I received. The picture of the screen on the website looks 16:9 but it's 4:3. The shipping company wasn't the best either. The tracking said it was here, but we didn't get it until the shipper sent us a card saying they couldn't contact us so they were going to send it back if we didn't contact them. I guess the shipper hadn't heard of voice mail!

The screen? As I said very nice. Requires two people to install. Instructions are OK. Operation, fantastic!

All-in-all we got "a big screen" and I can't say anything bad about Amazon's customer service. Bottom line, caveat emptor!
