Lots to like about this charger, but it apparently runs a 12-hour charge cycle, even if the batteries just need topping off.

OKs:

- Charges AAA batteries also (in pairs)
- Mine came with 2 US plugs and no China Plug (see Note 1)

CONs:

* Charges pairs only. Can't charge 1 battery or 3 batteries
- Batteries in wrong position won't charge (see Note 2)
- Not a smart charger
- No feedback on battery status or when charging is complete
- Not a fast charger - timed cycle is 12 hours
- No Drain-Refresh function

Note 1: Mine came with 2 US plugs and no China plug. I didn't downgrade my review for this. I'm sure amazon would easily rectify.

Note 2: The amazon photo shows batteries in a position that will not work. When charging 2 batteries, they must be in positions 1&2 or 3&4. Minor hassle.
